Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email, followed by tracking details once shipped.
Shipping times
We currently ship across Australia. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Metro: 2–4 business days
- Regional: 5–7 business days
- Remote: up to 10 business days
Shipping fees
Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and courier rates. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) apply automatically.
Tracking
Once dispatched you'll receive an email with tracking details. If your parcel hasn't arrived after the estimated timeframe, contact info@sofreshwettowels.com.au with your order number.
Delays and lost parcels
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, weather or incorrect address details. However, we will assist you in lodging courier investigations if a parcel is lost.
International shipping
We currently ship only within Australia. International orders will be added in the future.
